Flicker on the feeder

This flicker was on the feeder this morning. It's my favorite bird so far. I started feeding the birds this winter. I didn't realize how much these things eat. I'm also a little worried about what will happen to them now they are accustomed to the "free" meal. I'm really hoping that I attracted enough insect eaters to make a difference this summer.
